Experienced Basement & Foundation Crew Member:
Force Basements is a locally owned and operated basement and foundation solutions company. We are currently seeking Experienced Basement Crew Members to join our growing team. Force Basements offer competitive wages and benefits, with opportunities for advancement.
The ideal candidate for this position should have experience working with a basement company, including installation of dewatering and wall support systems. Candidates should be in good physical condition, with the ability to load and unload tools, materials and equipment. Basement Crew Members will frequently lift and carry heavy objects, as well as repetitive movements such as bending, twisting, kneeling and standing. Crew members are to make sure the company vehicles are clean and unloaded daily when returning from the job. Candidates should have basic knowledge of construction equipment and tools. Ability to perform strenuous physical labor is required.
Qualified candidates must have the ability to work well with others, as a team and independently. Must have the ability to take and follow direction, as well as being coached by the foreman and other crew members.
Force Basements is seeking candidates with the ability to stay out of town overnight and travel through the week on occasion. Must have the flexibility to work overtime as needed. Candidates must have a valid driver license and clean driving record.
Previous basement system experience is required.
